- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in employee files, ATS
- Support the administration of employee requests and benefits
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, stationeries and pantry's supplies etc.
- Partner with business units on employee relations and support matters
- Support HR projects as assigned
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business Administration or HR management
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, accountability and well organized
