    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in employee files, ATS
    • Support the administration of employee requests and benefits
    • Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
    • Office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, stationeries and pantry's supplies etc.
    • Partner with business units on employee relations and support matters
    • Support HR projects as assigned
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business Administration or HR management
    • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent attention to detail, accountability and well organized
