    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for client acquisition, servicing, account retention
    • Acquire new clients and growth of the company's share of business of existing clients from our target market (main-contractor, sub-contractors and sub sub contractors) over telephone, cold-calling, e-mails and outdoor site visiting
    • Deliver financial targets and objectives in monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with Team Leads / Head of Department
    • Involve in the negotiation, preparation and processing of documentation relating to sales quotation, close and delivery of service
    • Assess clients' credit risk & monitor clients' repayment ability
    • Involve in coordination with various departments and stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure prompt and timely delivery of services to clients' project/work sites

    Job Requirements:

    • Preferably with construction industry background / contacts
    • Ability to work independently and a team in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills
    • Highly sales driven and self-motivated
    • Exhibit strong sales planning and marketing abilities
    • With own transportation
