ThinkPlace Graduate Program 2024:


As a Designer on the Graduate Program, your first year at ThinkPlace will expose you to a wide range of projects.

You will be inducted in an intensive 12 week learning program, guided by senior ThinkPlace Designers through training modules, building and developing your understanding of tools and knowledge we employ to tackle complex design challenges.


You will be passionate, optimistic and enthusiastic for the wide breadth of new experiences you will be exposed to as we tackle complex design challenges with gusto every day, redesigning business models, processes, capabilities and structures to create sustainable value.

Who are we looking for?
ThinkPlace is looking for a diverse range of skills and backgrounds, this includes but is not limited to:


  • Business Graduates to create strategic stories for the future. Background in Business, Commerce, Law and/or related fields. Exposure to business analytics, business model design and/or strategy development.

Digital Design Graduates to prototype new futures into reality. Background in UX UI Design, Digital Service Design and/or related fields. Exposure to digital prototyping, usability testing, user research.

Digital Technology Graduates to design and position emerging technologies and business models to create the future we want. Background in digital platforms and business models, business information systems data, analytics and emerging technologies.

Visual Design Graduates to visualise the future for minds and hearts. Background in Graphic Design, Arts and/or related fields. Exposure to visualising complex qualitative and quantitative data in beautiful and accessible ways, through visual design tools such as Indesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

Content Development Graduates to capture and communicate the human impact of change. Background in Journalism, Media, Communications and/or related fields. Exposure to delivering content in a variety of digital and print mediums and varying contexts.

Design Graduates such as
Industrial Design, Architecture graduates to turn powerful insights into product, services or strategic solutions which address some of Singapore's most complex challenges.
