    Description
    • Act as brand ambassador by delivering personalized and empathetic interactions that exceed customer expectations
    • Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls, email or walk in
    • Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues where applicable
    • Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, pain points and areas for improvement.
    • Other ad hoc duties as necessary
