Description

Our client is a recognized distributor that specializes in semiconductors and electronic parts. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Buyer position to join their esteemed organization.
【 What you will be doing 】

Assisting the Product Marketing Manager in monitoring stock and delivery situations.
Working closely with vendor and customer service representatives to fulfil customer delivery schedules.
Order processing and backlog management.
Liaise with vendors on delivery issues.
Liaise with the warehouse on inbound receiving issues.
Advance shipment notice (ASN) upload before shipment arrival.
Account payable (AP) posting for goods received.
Raising and recommending disposition action for nonconforming products/ services attributable to errant vendors as well as detected during storage, outgoing inspection and delivery stages and submitting to the group manager for approval of the action.
To prepare internal and external reports
