Description

Role Responsibility:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the entire mold repair department
• Implement cost-effective strategies to control mold repair expenses while ensuring timely project delivery.
• Act swiftly to coordinate resources and resolve issues arising during mass production in the mold department
• Develop comprehensive training programs to elevate the technical expertise and proficiency of staff

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mold Manufacturing or a related field
• Possess a minimum of 10 years' managerial experience in metal stamping mold repair, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required, as the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with counterparts in China. Effective communication in both languages is essential for facilitating smooth collaboration and ensuring clear understanding between teams
• Ability to accommodate frequent travel requirements, demonstrating adaptability to diverse cultural environments and fluctuating travel schedules
• Demonstrate strong skills in team collaboration, communication, organization, and stress management
• Ability to frequently engage in bilingual communication and adapt to cross-cultural settings during business trips

Others:

• The incumbent is expected to travel to various Asian countries.
