Product Owner
Pre-Trade Compliance Check

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of the Pre-Trade Compliance check domain within the bank's Rule Engine.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritisation, and roadmap.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements for private banking clients.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery of product features.
Manage the product backlog, prioritise features and user stories and ensure alignment with business objective.
Lead and drive user council / advisory forums, setting up constant user feedback loop to identify the right job to be done.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare user training material and support user training.
Document and maintain rule dictionary.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Master's degree from a reputable university
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. Experience in wealth management industry is a plus.
Detail oriented, analytical, organized and able to cope well under time constraints.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Private Banking business.
Well versed in investment products and order process flows
Business risk domain knowledge and mindset
Logical thinking and strong intellectual curiosity and desire to improve how things are done.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiar with Agile SCRUM methodology
Strong IT knowledge / interest is preferred.
