Description
**Roles & responsibilitiesOperation
- Manage the daytoday store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
- Build rapport with customers to ensure sustainable future sales and build loyalty and commitment
- Communicate and manage customers' feedback effectively between departments
- Perform basic front desk duties such as attending to enquiries on the various platforms, managing appointments, and creating sales invoices via POS.
- Manage inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure store facilities are in good upkeeping condition
- Participate and support in training to understand the company's products and services
- Promote brand awareness and support sales by sharing services, products and any promotions.
- Consolidate marketing data and provide insights on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, in the form of weekly reports to optimise campaign results and drive customer engagement
- Analyse customer engagement data with the marketing team for marketing strategies and initiatives
- Support the marketing team in media production as and when needed.
- Create basic artwork for posters, displays and social media stories.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in supporting broader company objectives
- Explore & generate new ideas to increase customer satisfaction, growth and retention.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Min Nitec or higher with at least 2 years experience preferably in the beauty industry
- Able to handle English and Mandarinspeaking customers (to cater to our diverse group of clientele)
- Willing to commit to retail hours
- Goalsdriven and customeroriented
