The Position:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer for our APAC team based out of Singapore.

This Sales Engineer role will play a critical role in supporting the sales process, including post-sale client onboarding and support.

In addition to working closely with both the sales and engineering you will be expected to maintain a close working relationship with client stakeholders (project manager and IT teams).


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in sales meetings to articulate the technical features, benefits, and value proposition of our products to customers
  • Conduct product demo and proof of concepts
  • Address technical inquiries and concerns raised by customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect solutions that meet customers needs
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution during implementation stage
  • Conduct technical workshops and training support (e.g. train the trainer)

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in presales, implementation, or professional service experience
  • Experience with pre/postsales
  • Customer facing experience and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams leading to large transactions
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, ability to address customers' needs with suite of solutions
