Jira Service Desk Architect/Developer
Experience required : 4+ Years
Location:
Singapore(On-Site)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- JSM Certified
- ITIL certified
- Must have knowledge on setup Jira datacenter on prem instance.
- Must have good knowledge in Jira Service Management configuration, customization and setup 2 FA for authentication.
- Integration knowledge using RestApi is must
- SLAs design and configuration experience is must
- Handson experience and SME managing Atlassian products in complex environments
- Strong JQL skills
- Experience with enterpriselevel help desk process and procedures
- Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting skills as a plus
