Roles & Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the Global LNG digital roadmap across the GSAT value chain, collaborating closely with existing IT platforms.

Your responsibilities include facilitating and championing the agile methodology, coaching and mentoring development teams, and ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

You will coach the team to enhance collaboration and self-management, remove impediments to progress, and promote an agile mindset.

Additionally, you will facilitate Scrum/SAFe ceremonies, represent the team at planning sessions, and contribute to advancing agile practices within the organization.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

They should be capable of working independently and managing their time effectively.

Experience with ADO or Scaled Agile is preferred, along with knowledge of the Supply & Trading domain and GSAT organization.

A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering is required, and ScrumMaster certification is preferred.

A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master is also necessary.
