    Process daily merchant funding paymentsManage automated robotic processes and troubleshoot errors when occurredPerform daily merchant cash reconciliation and ensure the sufficient balances are maintained in Merchant Trust accountsManage vendor payments for Singapore and overseas subsidiaries entitiesExecute fund transfers between entities, and between operating accounts/ merchant funding accounts and Merchant Trust accountsTrack and monitor cashflows, settlement receipts and cash disbursements, and related reportingCheck exception reports and take actions on merchant funding related issuesVerify to ensure the Merchant bank accounts are correct and all relevant bank templates are updated with accurate beneficiary bank detailsPerform general ledger (GL) posting for settlement receipts and merchant funding paymentsAssist in banking mandates and banking matters for Singapore entity and subsidiariesPerform ad-hoc tasks as requiredRequirements


    Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 4 years' relevant experienceExposure to the e-commerce/card industry/banking & finance industry would be advantageousKnowledge in Xero Accounting System and Advanced Microsoft Excel skill are essentialGood analytical skills with ability to analyze complex dataPro-active and takes initiativeA team player with good communication skillsRed Dot Payment is a payment gateway/solutions company founded in Singapore, with footprints in various countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and more to come.
