Constantly innovating to meet the changing consumer needs and behaviours while expanding their global market share, they are now looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to help with the growing needs of the business.

    about the job

    The job entails managing financial consolidation for both management and statutory reporting purposes, as well as preparing annual audited accounts. It involves reviewing monthly and quarterly accounts of related business units, addressing arising issues, and ensuring compliance with Group Financial Policies. Additionally, the role requires proactively developing and implementing Finance strategies aligned with corporate objectives, communicating financial results to stakeholders, and compiling annual reports. Forecasting financial trends, overseeing investment holding companies' bookkeeping, and coordinating with auditors and company secretary on accounting, tax, and secretarial matters are also part of the responsibilities. Ensuring effective corporate governance through aligning financial controls with PSA Group policies is essential.

    skills and experience required

    You should be Degree qualified in Accountancy from a reputable university and possess at least 4 years of working experience in Group consolidation. Prior experience in a Big 4 will be greatly advantageous. You should have good communications skills and be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
