*Overview**: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at our dynamic gym facility. The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check-in members, verify student memberships, and process payments accurately.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist members with any questions, concerns, or requests they may have.
  • Provide tours of the schools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Monitor access to the gym, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle member feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Promote tution services, programs, and promotions to parents.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with fitness center operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
