Description

As the Sales Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in our omni-channel strategy and grow our wholesale business.

Partnering with our Senior Global Retail Strategy & Marketing Manager and team, you will drive revenue and profitability targets by setting-up the sales plans and coordinating the execution from PO to analyzing Sell-In and Sell-Through data as well as maintaining high standard sales processes and SOPs.


Responsibilities:


Sales planning and management:

  • To support the strategy of the portfolio by assisting in all commercial initiatives which includes the highest standard of sales processes and SOPs. This will include day to day sales operations, allocation of budget and resources, trade terms, supporting contract negotiations, defining of financial targets, business plans and quarterly customer Gotomarket plans.
  • Coordinating with the team to plan and accomplish business plans and exceed sales targets.
  • To impel the annual selling and activity for the respective brands
  • Coco & Eve and Sand & Sky. Proposing the right strategy and conducting business review meetings, reviewing partner contracts, revenue and margin.

Product planning and management:

  • Support and working alongside the global retail strategy & marketing Manager in establishing key targets for retailers and assortment planning in accordance to seasonal initiatives and brand investments.
  • Accountable to forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on brand performance such as sales and margin, contract terms, margin and revenue.

Data and Market knowledge:

  • To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance such as ongoing market productivity, new products breakthrough performance and ROI on key activities.
  • Consistently analyzing Sell-In and Sell-Through data from key retail partners and actioning upon that

Reports and Forecast:

  • Consistently report and track data analysis consisting of both quantitative and qualitative performance. Provide management reports sharing on insights of markets and recommendations of measures to be taken to improve and increase revenue of products.
  • Driving sales and gross margin by utilising market data and making sure sales budget is in compliance with company guidelines and implementing strategic initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
  • More than 2 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for these particular industry (Beauty, Lifestyle, Ecommerce)
  • Ability to formulate excellent business data analysis and exhibit strong quantitative skills to make sound decisions regarding sales planning and OKRs
  • Ability to develop policies, strategic guidance and to set KPIs to drive sales productivity and to demonstrate strong result oriented behaviour
  • Strong Influencing and communication skills Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a natural aptitude to communicating clear solutions to complex problems
  • Strong skills and proper use of Excel and SQL
  • Passionate about ecommerce and strong entrepreneurial spirit
