- Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customer enquiries, and assist with the shopping mall's promotions and redemptions.
- Handle face-to-face and phone calls feedback.
- Raise work orders whenever tenants request technical assistance.
- Handles daily redemption and settlement of Marina Square Gift Vouchers (MSGV) for credit card reward program.
- Perform mall gift voucher sales transactions and be responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.
- Minimum 'N' / 'O' / 'A' / Diploma level holder.
- 1 year of experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Customer Relations Officer role
- Candidates who have prior supervisory skills may be considered for the Assistant Supervisor role.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and possess good customer handling skills.
- Friendly and nice personality.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
