JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute channel strategy in line with company's objectives and plans
  • Achieve annual sales and profit targets for Modern trade channel
  • Raise brand's market share in trade.
  • Set and lead the distribution strategy for Modern Trade channel
  • Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve brand share and growth
  • Manage and set direction for distributor for Modern trade channel
  • Instruct and review distributor's sales team on sales performance
  • Key account management on key banners
  • Lead distributor on Modern trade related activities
  • Formulate monthly reports submission from distributor
  • Optimise trade spend for assigned accounts to ensure improved profitability.
  • Effective apportionment, phasing and control of trade support budget to deliver gross to net targets.
  • Execute effective cross function liaison with supply chain, logistics, marketing and finance to deliver business objectives.
  • Implement accurate sales forecasting, to meet monthly supply KPI. Collection of market intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Degree level
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Modern trade sales management.
  • Strong channel management and experience in Modern trade key accounts management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Modern Trade in Singapore.
  • Sales driven, to meet business targets and goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with clients, with internal stakeholders.
  • Independent and proactive in business development.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Well verse in MS Office (Excel). Possess Class 3 license.
