    Roles & Responsibilities

    You will enhance the technical expertise and product knowledge of retailers by providing effective technical training to retailer staff, aligning with business requirements to boost efficiency and maintain quality standards that drive technical and customer experience targets.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct technical training based on input from technical support functions to meet specific levels of competence among retailer staff
    • Coordinate training needs in the market and develop suitable solutions
    • Work with the training academy manager to schedule training sessions that support new product launches and address competence gaps
    • Assist in creating and implementing additional training programs
    • Participate in Train-the-Trainer initiatives and conduct such programs for others in the market when necessary
    • Provide guidance to markets on assessment methods and ensure consistency in evaluations
    • Adapt and customize training courses based on market requirements
    • Regularly communicate with retailers on technical training matters
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep them updated on training advancements and tailor training programs to market demands
    • Support bodyshop training programs, collaborating with markets and training providers to ensure skilled technicians in bodyshop facilities
    • Perform any other assigned tasks

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a technical trainer in the automotive or related sectors
    • Solid background in training delivery, coaching, sales knowledge, aftersales processes, and luxury customer service
    • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
    • Professional, self-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented
