Missions / Service dimensions

The SERVICE holder is in charge of flow assurance activities follow-up during the FEED Update, FEED CFT and EPSCC Phases to:

· Support the development of the basis of design and scope of work for the FEED Update and FEED CFT

· Carry out preliminary flow assurance Olga simulations to support the FEED Update and FEED CFT completion, particularly in the dimension of operations.

· timely review and comment the flow assurance engineering documents; liaise with other engineering specialist(s), and entity (Operations,) as required (e.g. for philosophies, etc.);

· ensure pipelines flow assurance engineering consistency, constructability, operability and flexibility.

· ensure that the engineering activities related to flow assurance matters are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (PNGS calling Australian/New Zealand standards apply), contextualized GS, with required level of quality, high HSE Standards, with respect of the Project highly sensitive environment, and within the agreed time schedule and cost.

· assist in formalizing, getting validation and approval of the proposed derogations on contextualized GS-EP-ECP as necessary.

· avoid Contractors stand-by/delays by prompt response to engineering queries and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and pro-efficient approach.

· Support as requested when liaising with Head office to get the necessary expertise of the flow assurance specialists (in particular from the R&D on CO2 re-injection Flow Assurance);

· Provide flow assurance support to evaluate the pipeline contractor and their flow assurance studies.

· assist for the preparation of the commissioning activities; and Operations in the preparation of their activities (such as procedures);

· support preparation and participate in Project technical reviews, provide answers and ensure timely implementation of the findings in his discipline.

· Assists in the inter flow assurance aspects follow-up.

· Assists in the supervision and follow up of the Contractors Flow Assurance activities carried out for the Pipelines Packages and ensure all interfaces are adequately captured by all parties.

Activities

· To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE requirements.

· To provide a strong HSSE leadership and to define and ensure the effective implementation of the Project HSSE policy and commitment, by providing all necessary resources.

· To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and to promote and enforce the Corporate Anti-Corruption Program within the project team.

· Perform flow assurance studies and Olga simulations to support the process design, inter Flow Assurancees and field operations.

· Engineering follow-up: To control the Contractors' performance in Flow Assurance discipline and in his perimeter: timely delivery and review of Contractor's engineering documents, studies and queries through an efficient technical coordination scheme with the Contractors.

· Engineering compliance: To ensure compliance of flow assurance engineering with the Project requirements, flow assurance basis of design and applicable standards. Clarify the flow assurance scope of work and ensure it is completed as expected.

· Update and freeze the technical interfaces flow assurance data between Pipeline Contractor, Wellpad & CPF Engineer and partner for LNG facilities.

· Comment all Pipeline Contractor documents with flow assurance interfaces. Make sure the comments are understood and captured. Lead the document review for flow assurance documents.

Participate to technical meetings/workshops where flow assurance is involved. Meetings/workshops with other disciplines on CPY side or Pipeline CTR side, and with Partners.

· Keep informed of his activity, progress, issues.

· Answer to technical clarifications from Pipeline Contractor, Wellpad & CPF Engineer and partners on FLOW ASSURANCE topics.

· Issue and Derogation/Deviation Requests on flow assurance when necessary and follow up the progress with HQ.

· Participate to HAZID/HAZOP, PID review, safety engineering review as required for flow assurance discipline.

· Prepare PR documents and answer to findings for flow assurance discipline. To ensure timely implementation of FLOW ASSURANCE related audit findings.

· Be the Focal point with Head Offices Onshore Customer line and Flow Assurance discipline for any technical expertise and support that may be required from Head Offices in flow assurance.

Context & Environment

Papua LNG Project is a combine onshore and offshore development project comprising:

· Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines.

· Upstream Central Processing Flow Assurancecility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field

· Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline.

· Integration in existing liqueFlow Assurancection plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby

Qualifications & Experience required

Qualification: Engineer, or Equivalent

Languages: English mandatory

Professional Experience: 10 years in Oil and Gas projects on Contractor Side or Company Side in Flow Assurance thermohydraulic studies.

Experience in similar position (years): 5 years FEED or EPC Engineering Dossier development as Flow Assurance Engineer
