Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial work and handle a portfolio of clients
- Organizing board and shareholders' meeting and preparation of board papers
- Drafting and preparation of resolutions and minutes of meetings
- Maintaining proper statutory records
- Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Law
- Conversant with the Companies Act and familiar with the regulatory and reporting environments is an added advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A meticulous and organized individual with initiative
- Good team player
