Summary of role:

Lead a technical team for designing and developing systems/ProofofConcept (POC) demonstrations.
Engage with the industry and potential clients to secure and deliver projects.
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Stay updated on cloud and emerging technologies, as well as paymentsrelated systems development/trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand requirements and system setup from both business and IT perspectives.
Recommend cloudnative architecture design with DevSecOps and resiliency considerations.
Design and develop prototypes and POCs to demonstrate solution soundness.
Design, develop, and deliver new initiatives.
Engage, present, and communicate effectively with industry, potential clients, management, and team.
Prepare and update relevant documentation as necessary.
Report work status.

Requirements (in order of importance):

Degree/Diploma in computer science, IT, IS, or equivalent technical area of study.
Exposure and experience in other development technologies such as NodeJS, Python, and frontend frameworks like Angular and React (preferably).
Ability to contribute to architecture discussions regarding technology controls and their implementation in a DevSecOps/Cloud environment.
Experience in implementing and consuming web services using JAX-WS/REST.
Experience in API Management using any API Gateway.
Experience working with Cloud technologies, especially AWS Services.
Experience with containerization (AWS ECS, Dockers, Kubernetes, Openshift) and DevSecOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube).
Experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL) and query language.
Experience with distributed In-Memory Caching tools like Redis, Ignite.
Domain knowledge in the Financial Services industry is desirable.
Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow is an added advantage.
Ability to translate functional requirements into lowlevel design of system features.
Ability to collaborate with project managers and provide inputs to the project plan.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
