    We are looking for a Front Office (Butler) to join our team

    As a Front Office (Butler), we rely on you to:

    Provides personalized service to VIP & Suite guests such as In room check in and check outs, secretarial and concierge services, mail and information, airline reservations / confirmations and food and beverage service.
    Assist in Reception / Guest relations / Valley Wing Lounge & Summit room duties.

    • To have knowledge of the operational systems of the Valley wing & Guest
      relations operation and related areas
    • Ensures personal engagement with all VIP & suite guests and their preferences are collected, correctly recorded and acted upon in order to delight our guests
    • Drives customer delight and retention by being a role model in delighting guests in every single interaction
    • Actively obtains feedback from guest to improve services and facilities
    • Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with proper care and attention and in keeping with the hotel's policies and procedures at all times
    • Ensures all VIPs, suite guests and delegates arriving and departing by re met and greeted and experience a smooth and seamless check in and check out
    • To highlight any special events or anniversary of guest and ensure the personalized welcome card from Higher Management along with amenities are prepared
    • Whenever possible, to engage in small conversation with guests and find out about their stay and any special preferences
    • Checks rooms before guest arrives and reports any repair or discrepancies to Engineering & HK Department immediately
    • Checks quality / presentation / temperature of food / beverage / service prior to serving
    • Provides one-stop-shop service to guests (Concierge, F&B, Cashiering, Check-In etc.)
    • Establishes and develops good working relations through cooperation and constant feedback
    • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of guest information at all times

    Requirements

    • Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
    • Neat and Pleasant appearance
    • Well groomed
    • Well versed in the English Language
    • Outspoken and friendly
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good physical health
    • Able to carry heavy objects (eg luggage)
    • Minimally 2 years' experience working in a well-known hotel
    • At least a diploma in any field
