We are seeking for experienced HNW Distribution Business Development Manager to join us.
As HNW Business Development Manager, you will be managing the international broker channel working with different partners and be responsible for business development activities to drive growth and profitability.
You will be the central point of contact for case management and be the bridge between both partners and internal stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Drive business development opportunities and activities with assigned distribution partners in international brokers.
- Provide HNW market feedback and improvements, including product features and benefits and competitor analysis,
- Be responsible for all preliminary submissions and underwriting appeals.
- Work closely with the Operations team (High Net Worth NB & POS) for partner queries and timely followups.
- Proactively raise identified process improvements required and assist internal alignment.
- Manage relationships with the key stakeholder teams (including Ops, Product, Finance & Actuarial) to facilitate excellent customer experience & drive sales conversion.
- Engage Consultants regularly to effectively assist with case management & drive sales conversion numbers
- Work with partners & internal key stakeholder teams to build strong working relationships through activities such training and engagements
Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits:
- Demonstrate strong relationships and cultivate new relationships with intermediaries
- Independent and proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Working Experience:
- At least 58 years of relevant experience managing distribution partners in financial services (insurer, bank, broker)
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the HNW segment and life insurance products
- Good familiarity with the International Business market
Education:
- Degree in Business or related fields of study
