Our client is one of the World Best Airport and they are currently looking for vibrant individuals to be part of their team

Job Duties:

Manage the daily operation for a Food Delivery platform
Maintain daily knowledge of delivery notices or collection orders and followup
Comfortable with using various devices required for daily operation
Facilitate collection and movement of food orders from/to different points/tenants within airport
Assist in order consolidation and fulfilment
Understand and cover the different job scopes of the team and be responsible in ensuring that the daytoday operations run smoothly
Ensure proper packing and accurate consolidation of food orders for customers strictly following the SOP
Able to manage and rectify issues in a timely manner as an when it arises
To attend to customers' enquiries/complains via the various platforms
To ensure daily cases are logged onto the tracking spreadsheet
Consolidation of reports
Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team
Able to work in fast pace environment

Other Information:
Working Hours: 10.45am to 7.15pm / 10.30am to 20.30pm

Working Days: 4 days work, 2 days off (including weekends & public holidays)
