Description

**Our client is a Singapore-based Chinese restaurant chain in APAC region. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Manager to be part of their Finance team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.

Duties of Finance Director:

Oversee finance, closing, and audit for Singapore entities and franchise business
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Review financial results and identify concerns
Monitor cash flow forecasts and positions
Manage annual audit process and relationships
Support budget and forecast process, suggest improvements
Drive costsavings and profitability initiatives
Manage capital appraisal, projects, investments
Develop presentations and support management
Ensure financial policy and procedure compliance
Streamline and maintain financial controls and systems
Maintain authority limits and bank mandates
Facilitate tax and regulatory compliance with lawyers and consultants
Prepare/review tax computation and government tax/accounting affairs
Liaise with banks for financial services as required

- other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelo's Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent and
CA (Chartered Accountant) certified
10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years experience in leadership functions
Relevant experience in F&B Industry
Experience with Group Consolidation, IFRS Reporting, Tax Computation and Reporting requirements
Knowledge or experience with ERP System is an added advantage
