Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.

As a key member of our business development team, you will leverage your consultative sales skills to engage high-revenue B2B/B2C prospects, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.

What You Will Learn:

Consultative Selling:

Master the art of needs analysis, gaps analysis, and asking high-value questions to position our agency as the authority in digital marketing solutions.

Gain deep insights into successful marketing and sales strategies used by growth companies.

Client Engagement:

Learn how to audit and analyze a prospect's digital footprint to develop a meaningful engagement strategy.

Metrics Analysis:

Understand key business metrics and how to prioritize marketing activities to improve lead generation, qualification, and conversions.


Primary Responsibilities:

Prospect Engagement:

Identify and engage target companies, with support from the marketing team, to generate leads.
-
Relationship Building:

Connect with senior decision-makers such as CEOs, CMOs, Managing Directors, and Marketing Directors through LinkedIn and business networking events.

Consultative Sales Process:

Engage, present, analyze, propose, negotiate, and convert qualified prospects into clients.

Client Liaison:

Serve as the primary contact point between the client and the company until project kickoff, collaborating with the solution delivery team to ensure client needs are met.

Proposal Development:

Work with the delivery team to develop business proposals, scopes of work, and costing.

Performance Tracking:

Communicate progress, challenges, and support needs through daily team huddles and weekly CRM updates.

Activity Review:

Align and prioritize client acquisition activities through weekly reviews with your manager.

Performance Reflection:

Reflect on monthly and quarterly performance and realign goals with your manager.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.

Understand what consultative sales strategy is all about
:


  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional Certificate in Sales and Negotiation is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for meeting people and asking questions.
  • Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment with a drive to continuously improve.
  • Interest in topics such as business growth hacks, digital marketing, web technologies, AI, and customer success.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • At least 1 year of experience in
    consultative B2B sales.
  • A network of over 100 contacts in midsized to Fortune 1,000 companies.
  • Experience in business networking and referral groups.
  • Proven track record of selling solutions worth at least SGD$10,000 per deal.
  • Experience in selling business solutions, consulting services, digital marketing services, or enterprise software.
