    JOB DESCRIPTIONThis role will report to the Head, Transformation Office and will be responsible for planning, executing and overseeing strategic and transformation projects across Maybank Singapore.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects / programs that drive business growth, innovation and change within the organization.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead end-to-end project management for strategic and transformation initiatives including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation and risk management.
    • Collaborate with business and support function stakeholders to understand their objectives, business and technical requirements and transformation agenda.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure project success.
    • Build and manage high performing project teams, including business analysts, developers, designers, testers and other specialists assigned to the project team.
    • Establish the reporting framework, templates, channels and cadence to effectively monitor progress, identify areas for improvement and keep key stakeholders informed.
    • Manage and monitor project progress, establish and track key performance indicators, and ensure project milestones are met, on time, and within scope.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
    • Serve as main contact point for key senior management of the Bank, program stakeholders and providing regular status updates, addressing concerns and managing expectations.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field; PMP, Agile or other certifications are a plus.
    • Experience in Agile / Scrum environment and framework is a must e.g., sprint planning, sprint review, backlog and grooming.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing large and complex transformation programs / digital transformation projects.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional problem solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Experience executing and implementing project management and change management initiatives in large and complex organizations.
