RESPONSIBILITIES - To execute and maintain automated test scripts, provides documentation for testing methodologies and tools, reports automation results, and ensures a focused, methodical approach to automation testing.
- To generate automation scripts, playbooks, and pipelines to help the team to become more productive in delivering applications and running them.
- To gain breadth of knowledge in multiple domains: development, security, infrastructure, operations, observability & monitoring, automation, testing, configuration management and use that knowledge grow into the technical sme/ consultant role.
- Advocate continuous improvement and operational excellence practices within the team.
- Providing application maintenance support on the developed application.
- Ensure the proper setup & functioning of the CI/CD pipeline and tools to support application development and testing.
- Automate and streamline operations and processes.
- Setup CICD pipelines and testing tools.
- Maintain and troubleshoot issues with the pipeline. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on DevOps QA related role.
- Ability to program (structured and object-oriented) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, e.g. Azure.
- Experience is using Tableau Server, Spring, Confluent, Solace, NodeJS, ArcGis Enterprice, ArcGis GeoEvent, ArcGis Desktop, ArcGis Developer, Enterprice will be a plus.
- A proactive growth mindset to pick up new skills and knowledge needed to be more effective as a DevOps / Automation Engineer
- Previous success in technical engineering and automation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
