Accountant - Singapore - SING SPARE PARTS CO PTE. LTD.
Description
Manage AR and AP aging and related credit control activities- Oversee the financial transactions related to rentals, sales, and associated services.
- Preparation of quarterly GST submissions and annual corporate income tax filings with IRAS.
- Oversee inventory levels for merchandise and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, CPF submission and annual filing of IR8A forms.
- Ensures the accuracy of monthend financial statements, cash flow statements, bank reconciliation statements and schedules to the accounts.
- Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities.
- Maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts.
Requirements:
- CA or ACCA with at least 24 years of commercial experiences would be preferre
- Working knowledge in QuickBooks is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Deadlineorientated and an ability to stick to time constraint
- Good supervisory skills, "cando" attitude and a good team player
- Minimum 2 years' experience in handling full set of accounts
- Immediate available is advantageous.
