At least more than 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Fashion / Logistics MNC
Expert user of Excel and have prior experience with SAP FICO, Power BI, HFM (Oracle)
Strong communicator and experienced working with senior leadership (such as CFOs, CEOs, etc.)

Reporting to the Group Supply Chain and Logistics Controlling Senior Manager, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations of the assigned perimeter ensuring the accurate reporting of sales, margins and costs.

Job Description:

Sole contributor
Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders for group reporting.
Review monthend closing and HFM node consolidation.
Drive and lead budgeting and forecasting of logistics costs.
Prepare reports for monthly Actual, Forecast, and Budget for local recharges and HQ.
Provide support to local logistics team to maintain a smooth operation from a financial point of view.
Build and coordinate with local logistics providers.
Manage interactions between SSC team and logistics activities.
Implement K-LEP project for APAC logistics, focusing on cost recharge and tracking.
Train local logistics and finance teams on Insight Logistics reporting tool.
Serve as an expert on Data collection file.
Provide adhoc support for logistics projects and analysis.

Requirements:

A university degree in Economics or Management Engineering (additional studies in logistics a plus).
A controller with at least 5/8 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within a multinational fashion or logistics company).
Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, working knowledge of SAP (FI-CO), MicroStrategy, Power Bi and HFM (Oracle) would be a plus.
An analytical person with solid methodological skills.
A detailoriented person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines.
A proactive team player who is flexible, adaptable and reliable.
