The Restaurant Assistant Supervisor will work closely with the Head Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, focusing on maintaining quality service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall profitability of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and supervision of staff.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by monitoring standards and providing feedback to staff.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
• Assist in the training and development of staff, focusing on improving their skills and performance.* Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
