Roles & Responsibilities

Company's Profile:

One of the leading dental groups in Singapore, the clinic is looking for Clinic Assistants to join their vibrant and fun-loving team to assist with their expanding operations.

Work location: Buona Vista

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, Saturday, 9am - 1pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Dental Surgeons with sterilization of dental instruments
• Disinfection of treatment rooms
• Handling of dental laboratory cases
• Monitor inventory for dental supplies
• Front Desk duties including handling patients' appointments and answering phone calls
• Submit insurance/medisave/CHAS online claims

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant in medical field would be an added advantage
• Able to speak Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts and patients
• Able to work on 5.5 days work week
