- Provide front desk support – Managing members' tenancy and account which includes rental payment, mail, and meeting/event space booking.
- Manage all building operations and communicate with external vendors to ensure the highest level of tenant satisfaction with the physical space.
- Solve tenant-related issues to ensure a close-knit community and manage tenant's expectations.
- Design and implement rules, guidelines, and best practices for the community to optimise tenant experience.
- Explain policies and procedures to tenants, including but not limited to membership agreements and billing procedures.
- Recommend best practices, including but not limited to community management, sales, and events.

- Adhoc duties as assigned.
- Make recommendations to HR & Admin Department on any repairs, maintenance, and upgrading within the space.
- Review all documents to ensure licenses and maintenance contracts are updated and accurate.
- Supervise move-ins and move-outs for a quality experience.
- Point of contact for warehouse movements - ensure inventory is up to date.
