    The Role:

    We are looking for a Community Manager to be a part of our vibrant and dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong work ethic, great communication skills, flexibility, proactive and efficient, and one who is able to work well and hustle alongside the team in a fast-paced environment. This position calls for someone who is tactful, diplomatic, resourceful, and exercises independent judgment and discretion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide front desk support – Managing members' tenancy and account which includes rental payment, mail, and meeting/event space booking.
    • Manage all building operations and communicate with external vendors to ensure the highest level of tenant satisfaction with the physical space.
    • Solve tenant-related issues to ensure a close-knit community and manage tenant's expectations.
    • Design and implement rules, guidelines, and best practices for the community to optimise tenant experience.
    • Explain policies and procedures to tenants, including but not limited to membership agreements and billing procedures.
    • Recommend best practices, including but not limited to community management, sales, and events.
    • Org community events, team-building,
    • Adhoc duties as assigned.

    Building Management:

    • Make recommendations to HR & Admin Department on any repairs, maintenance, and upgrading within the space.
    • Review all documents to ensure licenses and maintenance contracts are updated and accurate.
    • Supervise move-ins and move-outs for a quality experience.
    • Point of contact for warehouse movements - ensure inventory is up to date.
