- Process redemption replies to Authorised Motor dealers
- Pre-process interbank GIRO application forms (critical)
- Perform data entries for financial and non- financial updates to system (critical)
- Pre-process and generate ad hoc letters for Auto Loan customers
- Perform administrative functions
- Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately
- Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager
