Job Description

• Process redemption replies to Authorised Motor dealers
• Pre-process interbank GIRO application forms (critical)
• Perform data entries for financial and non- financial updates to system (critical)
• Pre-process and generate ad hoc letters for Auto Loan customers
• Perform administrative functions
• Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately
• Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager
