Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and communicate a clear IT vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Lead the transformation of IT operations, driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology trends and opportunities that can enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.

Team Building and Management:

  • Build and nurture a highperforming IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Scale the IT team from ground zero, hiring and onboarding talented professionals across various IT domains.

Technology Architecture and Solutions:

  • Ensure that technology solutions align with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Digital Transformation:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives that elevate guest experiences through personalized services, seamless online interactions, and efficient processes.
  • Champion the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and guest engagement.

Vendor Management and Partnerships:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external partners to source cuttingedge solutions and services that align with the company's IT strategy.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management efforts associated with the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user acceptance.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

  • Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to support strategic initiatives.

Travel and Collaboration:

  • Be open to occasional travel as needed for collaboration, vendor meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives and scaling IT teams from inception.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, negotiation, and partnership development.
  • Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and data protection.
  • Change management expertise to guide teams through technological transitions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and drive results.
  • Occasional travel flexibility.
