As a call center agent for a limousine company and airport transfer company in Singapore, your duties may include:- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about limousine services, airport transfers, rates, and availability.

- Providing support and assistance to customers who may encounter issues during their travel, such as flight delays or changes in plans.
- Upselling additional services or packages to customers to enhance their limousine experience.
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Staying informed about the latest promotions, services, and offerings to effectively communicate with customers and maximize sales opportunities.
