Job Descriptions:

Provides strategic leadership and oversees technical, operational, financial, and managerial aspects to ensure successful project implementation.

Ensures alignment of projects with organizational strategic goals, providing leadership and strategic decision making.

Oversees all project management activities, including monitoring quality control, financial transactions, and execution of plans.

Participate in assigning roles and training project teams, provides supervision and monitoring performance.

Ensures projects meet specified results and quality expectations within scheduled time and cost.

Regularly updates clients, stakeholders, and executives on project progress and performance.

Identifies and mitigates project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Ensures compliance with project-related regulations, ensuring environment, safety & health practices are carried out all the time.

Guides individual project managers, consultant, contractor, and technical staff across the project portfolio.

Maintaining good relationship with stakeholders including clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors.

Other adhoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

Relevant degree or project management certification preferred.

Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with advance leadership skills managing multiple projects.

Excellent communication skills and good team player with positive work attitude.
