Description

AlphaLab Capital is looking for a Treasury & Risk Manager to join our team. We are a highly profitable trading firm with industry-leading technology and systems and ambitious growth plans. In this role, you will be responsible for firm-wide liquidity and treasury management.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an appropriate operational capital buffer, including developing credit lines to ensure access to capital to enable firm trading activities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to manage firmwide capital allocation to trading and investment teams.
Find opportunities to generate passive, lowrisk yield on excess capital.
Own our hedging processes and optimise the hedging PnL.
Collaborate with business technology teams to create and monitor a realtime dashboard of unified positions across CeFi, DeFi, and TradFi.
Calculate NAV and PnL across various strategies and trading teams, collaborate with Financial Controller to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
Work closely with the Head of Operations to develop and implement treasury and risk management policies. Conduct regular stress tests and scenario analysis to assess the company's risk exposure.

Qualifications:

A degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or similar.
Relevant work experience in modeling and analysis, exposure to trading or cryptocurrency would be an advantage
Excellent Excel skills and a working knowledge of SQL and Python.
Highly proactive and continuously on the lookout for risks, opportunities, and ways to improve.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization.
Comfortable in a fastpaced, sometimes chaotic industry and excited about the opportunity for growth.
