- Provide frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic
- Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter, and reception area.
- Attend to patients at counters for registration, payment, and appointment lines.
- Trace case notes for walk-in cases, billing, and charges.
- Account for handover and closing of counter payments
- Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
- Attend to data requests pertaining to patient information.
- Possess minimum GCE 'O' level or at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Working experience in the service or healthcare industry will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP preferred.
