    We're seeking future team members for our Transfer Agency Investor Services operations team with roles located in Singapore in HYBRID positions.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

    • In-Depth understanding of Private Equity, Hedge, Real Estate/Hybrid funds, associated application/system expertise is preferred.
    • Lead client onboarding and internal conversions for Alternatives Investor Solutions, ability to work closely/independently with client and front office teams.
    • Assists management in the day to day operations, serves as Escalation point of contact for key clients.
    • Consults and provides oversight on partner locations, responsible for client deliverables.
    • Conducts reviewofprocesses & procedures toensure Organizational Records are up to date.
    • Apply key controls/processes to identify potential risk to Business/Operations.
    • Analyzes business data to identify trends & improve service delivery,
    • Participates in clientservice reviews & ability to represent the firm in-person/virtually.
    • No direct reports provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed, Contributes to the achievement of team objectives

    To be successful in this role, we're seekinginterest in the follow areas:

    • Japanese & Mandarin language proficiency would be an added advantage for the candidate.
    • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • 5- 7years of total work experience required. Experience in transfer agency operations preferred.
