In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to use your technical expertise to minimize downtime, maximize system efficiency, and play an active role in key projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with the subcontractors and consultants
• Preparation of progress report and site photos
• Prepare necessary paper works and keep site records such as photos/documents/correspondences
• Work closely with the project team to achieve the target of quality, safety and budget control

Requirements:

• At least a National Institute of Technical Education Certificate whose curriculum is relevant to Civil works
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the local construction industry
• Basic computer skills to edit
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF
• Able to read Construction drawings
• Willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels
• Customerorientated
• Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements
• Managing the work with excellent housekeeping is a key focus
• For quality management, the engineer is responsible for fully implementing the quality recordings, carrying out result analysis and formulating action plans for continuous improvement. Indooroutdoor workbased environment
• Comfortable to carry equipment no more than 30kg, with assistance.

• Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities' requirements
• Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within a specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has severe time and cost impacts shall be avoided
• Adhoc matters as assigned by the PM are necessary for the execution of the project.
