_Responsibilities:
_
- Assist to clean up client data in the system and to import into the advisors' CRM
- Manage data import and ensure successful importing and implementation
- Engage and communicate with advisor on the output of data management
- Update and maintain the importing files and list
- Coordinate with Project Manager on timeline and execution of project
- Assist with any other adhoc administrative duties
- Potential exposure to project management skills
_Requirements:
_
- Relevant working experience would be an advantage
- Good time management skills and a strong ability to multitask
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently and meet tight timelines
- Someone who is meticulous, responsible and has good communication and interpersonal skills
