    Description

    Senior Consultant, Rewards and Data Consulting

    You will be responsible for the strategy development and commercial aspects of an industry specific survey portfolio. Along with this, you will manage relationships with key industry clients and develop your industry knowledge as the go-to rewards related expert in the industry. You will have oversight of the execution of surveys through the operational strategies that are carried out by your colleagues in the Client and Data Operations teams.

    You will also provide support and expertise to the broader Talent Solutions business areas, including Rewards Advisory on assignments across a wide range of rewarding consulting projects. This will include working closely with the Regional Lead to ensure Aon delivers consistent, high quality data and insights within Asia Pacific.

    What the day will look like

    • Client relationship management with key industry clients to ensure retention targets are met.
    • Identifies key prospective clients for specific data products. Works with Commercial and Marketing teams to plan campaigns to attract prospects.
    • Identifies opportunities for senior team members to scope where we can provide value added human capital and reward advisory services beyond data products.
    • Work with, guide and mentor analysts and associate consultants in data solutions and across the business driving desirable client and colleague outcomes.
    • Development of strategic plans for the industry specific portfolio of survey products, in conjunction with the industry lead working with Client Operations, Data Operations and Commercial team colleagues in executing the strategies. Does research to help understand the full market opportunity, tiers client prospects and manages any applicable sales channel.
    • Developing industry knowledge and understanding client segment trends and integrating that knowledge into product management and development.
    • Interacting with client base and transacting on tactical questions, become the go-to person in an industry sector and develop a level of influence on project and product timelines, project methodologies and junior colleagues.
    • Authors basic and moderately complex proposals off the back of client conversations for data focused- deliverables.
    • Assisting in the delivery of related Advisory work requiring preparation of requests for proposals (RFPs),
    • Draft presentations/reports, data analysis and interpretation.
    • Working to achieve set product revenue budgets

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

    • 6-10 years of experience in the human capital space preferably in a client facing role.
    • Knowledge and experience in international project management and the ability to multi-task
    • 'Executive presence' for senior stakeholder management, facilitating C-Suites and Board of Directors discussions
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, across multiple domains like rewards, talent, people advisory etc.
    • Excellent communication and business partnering skills
