RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting new clients and maintaining existing clients through marketing
Ensuring good customer service to uphold brand image
3 to 4 years' experience in Customer Service line.
Clearly explain solutions to customers and answer questions in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand manner.
Increased customer satisfaction ratings through positive service interactions.
Improved customer experience metrics e.g., call resolution time, first contact resolution rate.
Enhanced internal knowledge base with information gathered from customer inquiries.
