Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated business degree graduate to join our team as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects that are critical to our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and a passion for driving results. They are also instrumental in identifying and managing project risks, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. By effectively leading and managing projects, a Project Manager directly contributes to the company's growth and success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including stakeholders like client and subject matter experts

Manage client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project review meetings

Continuously monitor and report on project progress, including regular status updates and project metrics

Serve as a liaison between the company and government or external parties for business dealings, such as regulatory compliance or partnership opportunities.

Participate in or lead negotiations with external parties as necessary

Requirements

Graduands / Fresh graduates are welcomed

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

Willing to learn attitude

Self-driven and independent in managing own schedule and tasks

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodology

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines

Knowledge and experience in product marketing and external partnerships will be a plus
