    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure smooth operations of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service.
    • Supervise and train restaurant staff, including waiters/waitresses and other service personnel.
    • Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures to maintain quality and efficiency in the dining experience.
    • Oversee the seating arrangements and manage the reservation system.
    • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and smooth flow of orders.
    • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
    • Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and specials.
    • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to drive sales and achieve targets.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a restaurant captain or similar role in the F&B industry.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
