Responsibilities
- Assisting the business manager and management team to review and analyse team performance and business activities.
- Tracking team performance and supporting in business planning
- Providing assistance in conducting training sessions on regulatory/processes updates
- Supporting management team on matters for new hires including onboarding, trainings
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on client seminars and events
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with a strong academic track record
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Private Bank in a relevant function
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present well in front of senior stakeholders
- Analytical, ability to work well individually and in a team
