The Singapore branch is in charge of ship repair services in East Asia and is recruiting talented people to work with Hyundai Global Service Tech Singapore branch.

DESIGNATION :
[Hyundai Global Service Tech] HR & Service Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
- General HR & Accounting duties
- Obtain a customer inquiry and submit a service quotation
- Coordination of executing, operating, completing the service job
- Provide and submit client invoices to the head office
- Management of vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent English and Korean speaking skills to efficiently communicate with native Korean management team
- Fluency in MSoffice (Excel/Word/PPT)
- Positive mindset
- Experience in marine/shipping industry is a plus
OTHER INFORMATION
- Working hours : 0830hrs~1800hrs(Mon-Thurs), 0830hrs~1730hrs(Fri)
- Annual leave : 15days(The employee shall be granted one(1) additional day of annual leave for each completed calendar year)
