    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are representing our client (one of the largest property and asset management companies in Singapore) to look for an experience Manager ( Learning & Talent Management) to join their dynamic team of professionals in providing a full suite of asset management services.

    Manager, Learning & Talent Management

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and execute Learning, Talent Development, and Management strategy for the organization to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline
    • Manage learning academy to build a culture of lifelong learning and talent capabilities within the organization
    • Build and scale the business with talent management roadmap and solutions
    • Review and formulate learning strategy and talent management framework
    • Identify future workforce skills and capability needs and implement talent development solutions
    • Responsible for talent development process from learning needs analysis, developing learning plans, and curriculum curation to rolling out of learning programs
    • Source, implement, manage and evaluate learning programs to meet training needs
    • Identify and establish partnerships with external providers and government agencies on initiatives, funding and sponsorship
    • Collaborate with higher learning and industry institutions on internship and traineeship programs

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resource, Business Psychology, or related discipline
    • ACTA/ ACLP certified
    • At least 10 years of relevant experience including learning, talent management, and future workforce development
    • Proficient in developing and implementing learning and talent management strategies
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior management and business representatives to develop collaboration
    • Experience in conducting learning needs analysis, competency skills gap analysis, training, and curriculum development
    • Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
    • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
