• Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (PCE) and Business Suites, collaborating closely with SAP Support and SAP services team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work with SAP services team on Green Field implementations and provide ongoing support for SAP environments, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Configure S/4HANA with BTP services such as CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), GRDC (Global Routing and Data Cloud), and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Implement SingleSign-On (SSO) with Azure AD (Active Directory), managing authentication and access control for SAP applications.
• Lead Unicode Conversions, Stack Splitting, SPAM (Support Package Manager), EHP (Enhancement Package), SUM (Software Update Manager), and SWPM (Software Provisioning Manager) activities to ensure system stability and compliance.
• Perform performance monitoring and optimization activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Provide operations support for SAP environments, including incident management, problem resolution, and system maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a SAP Basis Consultant, with a focus on SAP Cloud implementation and operations support.
• Proficient skills in SAP Cloud implementation, including hands-on experience with S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and related services.
• Proven ability to perform performance monitoring and optimization activities to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
